The SMART-TEK course is an advanced, short-term training program focused on building high-level diagnostic and technical leadership skills. The program combines classroom theory with hands-on practical training and on-the-job exposure at authorized dealerships.
Students will be trained to handle critical vehicle diagnosis, software updates, advanced troubleshooting, and coordination with manufacturer technical teams. The course prepares candidates to work as a single point of technical contact between the dealership and the Mahindra Technical Cell.
This role is also highly suitable for girls, as it emphasizes intelligence-driven diagnostics, software tools, and technical coordination rather than heavy mechanical work.
